The 2013 Executive Leadership Development Programpresented by the AGC Education and TrainingDepartment in partnership with San Jose State Universityis a intensive, construction specific trainingprogram designed for contractors, by contractors.Taught by highly qualified industry leaders, this threeday training program utilizes a group-interactiveformat complete with real world examples and exercises.Participants will complete the course having gainedthe tools necessary to achieve effective leadershipsuccess in the construction industry; including apersonalized leadership development plan and anew sense confidence in their leadership skill set.The training program will cover the following topics:A.
