Last date & time limit for receipt of tender paper at the said office on 18.03.2011 up to 2.00P.M.3. All eligible and intending tenderers are required to produce valid Vat Registration, P/Tax challan, IT Return, Bank Solvency Certificate, PAN cardetc. along with the application for permission of tender paper. Credentials (upto 70% of the job value) regarding past experience of similar type ofwork may also be produced to satisfy the previous performance. In case of sanitary plumbing work, this intending tenderers shall also producethe prescribed license as necessary besides the credentials as mentioned above. In case of Electrical work Electrical Contractor Licence,Supervisory License etc. to be produced.4. The tenderer will deposit the required amount of earnest money as mentioned above, in the form of Bank draft payable to B.C.K.V, Mohanpur,Nadia. Cash deposition or in any other form cannot be entertained.5. The contractor whose tender accepted will be required to furnish security for the due fulfilment of his contract consisting of deduction of tenpercent from the running bills to be made on account of work done, The earnest money may be treated as part of the security deposit.6. The contractors shall quote in figures as well in words the rate in percentage below / above or at par of the total amount of the priced scheduleof items with probable quantities,7. Tenderers who will sign in the tender on behalf of a Company or Firm must produce a registered documents in respect of their competency alongwith the tender failing which their tenders will not be considered.8. The rates quoted in the tender shall remain open for acceptance for 6(six) months from the date of tender.9. The acceptance of the tender will rest with the accepting authority who does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any tender and reserved tohimself the right to reject in part or in full any or in full any or all the tender received or to split up the work in different groups without assigningany reasons thereoff.10. The tenders which do not fulfil any of the above conditions or are incomplete in any respect liable to summarily rejection.11. If the successful tenderer fails to commence the work within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of work order without showing any validreason, the work order will be treated as cancelled and his earnest money will be forfeited12.
