Resume II‣ SEPs were generated simultaneously with particles interacted onthe Sun.‣ Acceleration process was short and not consistent with the CME-driven shock acceleration (Mewaldtet al., Simnett & Roelof, , 2005)‣ First arrived relativistic particles were least of all influenced d bypropagation effects and could provide information on theacceleration mechanism, at least about several first minutes ofacceleration.‣ The first arrived particle spectrum of the 20 January 2005 event islikely a result of the acceleration in the DC electric fields orstochastic scattering with fast shock waves or Alfvén wavesgenerated at the magnetic reconnection site.
