First of all, congratulations on your forthcoming marriage and thank you for your interest in the <strong>Peninsula</strong> <strong>Hotel</strong> as a<br />
venue for your special day. There are many considerations when preparing for one of the most important days of your<br />
life and we would be delighted to assist you.<br />
Our function suite provides an excellent and flexible<br />
venue and we would be only too happy to discuss the ideal<br />
combination for your specific requirements<br />
We pride ourselves on a high standard of food and service<br />
and our courteous and professional team will make your<br />
wedding day a day to remember. We would be pleased<br />
to advise you on menu choice, wine and drinks, seating<br />
arrangements, floral décor and musical entertainment.<br />

We can cater for 20 to 150 guests in our banqueting suite which has its own private bar and can be equipped with a<br />
dance floor. We also have a car park for 120 cars and our gardens are ideal for your wedding photographs.<br />
Enclosed are a range of menus for your wedding breakfast as well as suggested drinks packages. Should you prefer, we<br />
can tailor-make menus to suit your own needs and budget.<br />
We also offer the following (for a min of 50 adults):<br />
∙ Red carpet on arrival<br />
∙ Floral decoration on the bridal table<br />
∙ Accommodation for the bride and groom<br />
∙ No charge for the hire of the function suite<br />
∙ No charge for the hire of the room for your evening disco<br />
Conditions of booking<br />
Written confirmation and a deposit of £200 to confirm the booking is required. After 75% of total invoice to be paid<br />
over 3 deposits. The final balance to be settled within 14 days of receipt of invoice.<br />
The <strong>Hotel</strong> reserves the right to charge the client for any loss of profit due to cancellation, non-arrival or substantial<br />
reduction in confirmed numbers.<br />
Final numbers, along with table plans and place cards, should be received by the <strong>Hotel</strong> no later than 1 week prior to the<br />
event and it is those numbers on which the account will be based.
