Please indicate price on following terms:
Price: FOR NIB Noida (UP) Basis.
Sales Tax/Vat/CST (Without form C/D ) : Extra as applicable.
Delivery: Required in June 2012
Payment: After receipt and acceptance of the material at NIB Noida.
Validity of offer: Should be minimum for 3 months from the date of tender opening.
Excise Duty: The NIB is having excise duty exemption in terms of the government
notification No 10/97-Central Excise dated 01-03 1997 as amended from time to time.
Transit Insurance: For delivery of goods at site the insurance shall be obtained by
the supplier for an amount equal to 110 % of the value of goods from warehouse to
warehouse (ultimate destination) on all risks basis including strikes.
Warranty: Minimum 12 months from date of supply
NOTES:-

1.Offer should accompany a certificate that “The rates quoted to NIB are lowest in India
and the same are applicable to any other Government Department including DGS&D. If
at later stage found that lowest rates have been quoted to any other department, NIB
reserves irrevocable authority to recover the difference from us”. The copies of purchase
order for these items received from other Government Departments/Institutions may be
enclosed.
2.. In case the offer is submitted by the authorised dealer/distributor, the authorization
certificate should accompany the offer.
3. Copy of the current valid certificate of registration including its annexures in case
registered with SSI/NSIC etc to be forwarded with the offer.
4. If the items are available on DGS&D Rate contract, copy of rate contract may be
forwarded with offer.
5. Delay delivery discount :- Delayed delivery of all or any such item(s) or goods in
which event the purchase shall be entitled to a discount on or reduction of the contract
price in sum equivalent of 1 % (one percent ) of the value of goods/items delivered late
for each week or part of a week of delay, subject to a maximum of10 % (ten percent) of
undiscounted/unreduced contract price for the relative good items/and /or risk purchase
will be affected at your risk and expenses.

The offer duly sealed and superscribed our tender enquiry reference and opening
date on the top of the envelope should be addressed to the National Institute of
Biologicals A-32 Sector 62 Noida (UP) and should reach us on or before the opening
date of tenders on13.06.2012. 1500 hours.
