Sub: Invitation of Quotation for printing of Annual Report for the year 2011-12 -Reg.
Sir,
I am directed to send this Tender Enquiry with the request to submit your most
competitive offer for the printing and supply of the Annual Report (2011-12) as per Technical
Specifications enclosed.

Please indicate price under following terms and conditions:
i) Price: FOR NIB / Free Delivery at A-32, Sector-62, NOIDA – 201 307
ii) Taxes: Sales Tax/CST/VAT without Form C/D
iii) Excise Duty: NIB has Central Excise Duty exemption certificate in terms of Govt.
Notification No. 10/97 – Central Excise dt. 1.3.97. Applicable rate of Excise Duty be
given in view of exemption.
iv) Custom Duty: NIB has Custom Duty exemption certificate in terms of Govt.
Notification No. 51/96-Customs dt. 23 rd July, 1996.
v) Payment: Within 30 days after receipt & acceptance of items in good condition at
NIB, NOIDA(UP).
vi) Delivery: within 15 days after placing the Supply Order.
vii) Earnest Money Deposit: Rs.3500 (Rupees three thousand five hundred only) to be
submitted with the offer in the shape of DD drawn in favour of National Institute of
Biologicals payable at Noida/New Delhi. Without EMD the offer will not be considered.
viii) Validity: Your rates should remain valid for 90 days from the date of offer.
ix) Delay Delivery Discount: In case of delayed delivery of all or any item(s) this
Institute shall be entitled to a discount or reduction on the contract price to a sum
equivalent to 1%(one percent) of the value of goods / items delivered late for each week
or part thereof subject to a maximum of 10% (ten percent) of undiscounted / unreduced
contract price for the relative good / items, and / or, risk purchase will be affected at your
risk and expense.

x) Draft Copy:
(1) The proof shall have to be submitted by the vendor within 5 days from the date of
handing over the printing matter of the Annual Report 2011-12.
(2) The supply shall be made by the vendor within 10 days from the receipt of final
approved proof from the Institute.
xi)
Tender No., Item description and due date of opening should be clearly superscripted on
the envelop of the Quotation.
