Unless otherwise noted, hikers will meet at the Bridge
Deck at 8:30 a.m. to arrange carpools and get directions
to the trailheads.
Wednesday, April 3: Spring Planning Meeting
Come prepared to plan our spring and summer adventures.
We will meet at 5:00 p.m. at the Bay Club. The
meeting will be followed by a potluck. Watch your

Friday, April 12: Lower Lena Lake
This is a moderate 6.4-mile hike with 1,300 feet of
elevation gain. You will see a beautiful sub-alpine lake
and a big picnic rock overlooking the water. For information,

Friday, April 26: Burke-Gilman Trail
Explore this well-used trail near the University of
Washington. It is an easy 7-mile walk. Watch your emails
for ferry information and additional details. For information,

Every Wednesday: Timberton Loop
Walk the 4.5 mile Timberton Loop. Enjoy views of the
Olympic Mountains and Mt. Rainier. Meet at the trailhead
on Timberton Road at 9:00 a.m.
Technology and Your Daily Life
Port Ludlow DigitalLife (PLDL) looks at digital technology
in our lives. Although DigitalLife began with
the purpose of educating our community in the use of
the computers, it has morphed into something far more
important. Today we explore the “digital revolution” as
involved in our daily lives.
New tools have overtaken and simplified the mundane
tasks that we encounter daily, and have improved our
standard of living. Join with us in this quest for knowledge
and understanding.
The benefits of membership are numerous. PLDL
members participate in workshops (including the new
“Women’s Workshop”) and share their interests, expertise
and questions. The Club “experts” assist in resolving
computer or other system problems.
Our members enjoy many special interest groups that offer
a greater understanding of the use of our computers (Mac
and PC), smart phones, tablets, etc. in our modern living.
• Mac – meets third Mondays, 6:00 p.m.
• Office – meets first Mondays, 10:30 a.m.
• Photography and Pro Show Gold – meets fourth
Mondays, 10:00 a.m.
• Saturday Workshop – meets every Saturday morning,
10:30 a.m.
• Women’s Workshop – meets fourth Mondays, 6:00 p.m.
• “Special” Presentations – varies according to topic
