Subject to advertisement for the post <strong>of</strong> Dean on deputation by PTU Jalandhar, the<br />
appointment letter was issued to me in the month <strong>of</strong> June 2008 for the post <strong>of</strong> Dean on

deputation for one year extendable up to three years. I was not relieved by the Govt.<br />
<strong>of</strong> Punjab to join my new assignment for the reasons not known to me and<br />
consequently my appointment was withdrawn by the University. I was selected again<br />
as Dean on regular basis by the Vice Chancellor, PTU and <strong>Principal</strong>, MIMIT Malout<br />
by Govt <strong>of</strong> Punjab in the Month <strong>of</strong> February 2010. I preferred to join as <strong>Principal</strong>,<br />
MIMIT Malout.<br />

2. 4 th Annual Athletic Meet 2008-2009:<br />
Organized a 4 th Annual Athletic Meet 2008-2009 on 30 th March 2009 in BCET. Sh.<br />
Nilkanth S. Avhad, IAS, DC Gurdaspur was the Chief Guest.<br />
3. North East States Cultural Festival 2009:<br />
Organized a North East states cultural festival <strong>of</strong> folk dances on 6 th April 2009 in the<br />
college in association with North East Cultural Zone Patiala and district<br />
administration Gurdaspur. Participant <strong>of</strong> 7 North Eastern Sister States participated in<br />
the cultural festival. Sh. Depurva Lakra. IAS, SDM Dhar Kalan presided over the<br />
function.<br />
4. Accreditation: BCET Gurdaspur from NBA (National Board <strong>of</strong> Accreditation):<br />
AICTE-NBA expert committee consisting <strong>of</strong> 6 members visited the college on<br />
10 th -12 th April 2009 for accreditation <strong>of</strong> three B. Tech. courses via; Computer<br />
Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering and<br />
Mechanical Engineering. Consequent <strong>of</strong> evaluation <strong>of</strong> human recourses,<br />
infrastructure and technical teaching learning process, NBA has given<br />
accreditation to these three courses <strong>of</strong> BCET Gurdaspur for 3 years w.e.f 10 th<br />
July 2009 to 10 th July 2012. This is a matter <strong>of</strong> great pleasure and pride not only<br />
for the State <strong>of</strong> Punjab but also for the Border District that BCET achieved a<br />
major success by getting Accreditation and has become the First Accredited<br />
College <strong>of</strong> Engineering & Technology Established, Managed and Promoted by<br />
Govt. <strong>of</strong> Punjab.

5. Workshop Conducted:<br />
Organized a Robotics Workshop “Robokriti” in BCET in association with<br />
Technophilia Solutions, Mumbai on 18 th -19 th April 2009. Besides students <strong>of</strong> our<br />
college, more than 100 students participated from neighboring institutions.<br />
6. Award <strong>of</strong> Honour by Hon’ble Governor <strong>of</strong> Punjab:<br />
Award <strong>of</strong> Honour was presented to the BCET on account <strong>of</strong> maximum contribution<br />
on the occasion <strong>of</strong> Flag Day and NSS programs by His Excellency Gen. Dr. S.F.<br />
Rodrigues PVSM & VSM, Hon’ble Governor <strong>of</strong> Punjab & President <strong>of</strong> Indian Red<br />
Cross Society, Chandigarh on the occasion <strong>of</strong> World Red Cross Day celebrations on<br />
8 th May 2009 at Tagore Theatre, Sector-18, Chandigarh.<br />
7. 1 st Annual Convocation:<br />
1 st annual convocation was organized on 20 th May 2009 in BCET since its inception<br />
in 1995. Dr. Rajneesh Arora, Vice-Chancellor, Punjab Technical University,<br />
Jalandhar presided over as Chief Guest, delivered the Convocation Address and<br />
conferred the degrees to 270 students.<br />
8. 10+2 School:<br />
Beant Senior Secondary School <strong>of</strong> 10+2 Non-medical stream has been started in<br />
BCET w.e.f June 2009 for the session 2009-2010. Affiliation from PSEB, Mohali has<br />
been taken with School No GS 2407 and 50 students were admitted in 10+1.<br />
9. Polytechnic Wing:<br />
Beant College <strong>of</strong> Engineering & Technology (Polytechnic Wing) Gurdaspur was<br />
started in the month <strong>of</strong> August 2009. Polytechnic wing has approval from from<br />
AICTE and Govt. <strong>of</strong> Punjab for three diploma courses with intake <strong>of</strong> 180. During<br />
online counseling and direct admissions 195 students were admitted including<br />
admission under fee wavier scheme.<br />
10. Plantation Camp in the College:<br />
Organized a plantation camp in BCET on 28 th August 2009 with variety <strong>of</strong> more than<br />
300 plants. All HODs, coordinators, section in charges, faculty, staff and student took<br />
active part in the camp.<br />
11. New Course <strong>of</strong> M. Tech. Computer Science & Engineering:<br />
New course <strong>of</strong> M. Tech. CSE part time was stated from academic session 2009-2010<br />
in the department <strong>of</strong> Computer Science & Engineering and Information Technology<br />
under the Regional Center <strong>of</strong> PTU at BCET with intake <strong>of</strong> 25 seats. All seats were<br />
filled in the 1 st Batch CSE. All seats were also filled in M.Tech <strong>of</strong> ECE and ME at<br />
BCET Gurdaspur.

12. Blood Donation Camp:<br />
Blood donation camp was organized in BCET under NSS on 10 th September 2009 in<br />
association with Civil Hospital and Blood Bank Gurdaspur. More than 200 students<br />
participated and 125 units <strong>of</strong> blood were donated by the students. Dr. Karamjit Singh<br />
Sra. IAS, Deputy Commissioner Gurdaspur inaugurated the camp.<br />
13. Research Promotion Schemes:<br />
Helped and motivated the faculty <strong>of</strong> BCET to get funds under Research Promotion<br />
Schemes sponsored by AICTE amounting to Rs. 33.5 Lakhs. This amount has been<br />
received in BCET and projects are under active progress.<br />
14. Filling up <strong>of</strong> all Seats at BCET Gurdaspur:<br />
Almost all seats were filled in Beant Senior Secondary School, Beant Polytechnic,<br />
Beant College <strong>of</strong> Engineering and Technology and in Regional Center <strong>of</strong> PTU at<br />
Beant College for three M. Tech. part time courses <strong>of</strong> ME, CSE & ECE. This is first<br />
time that all seats were filled up for three M. Tech courses. In addition to this,<br />
improvement in placements <strong>of</strong> students, short term courses, placements <strong>of</strong> faculty and<br />
staff in higher scales, sponsoring the faculty to international conference in USA, UK<br />
and France with full funding from different funding agencies, international expert<br />
lecture, starting the construction <strong>of</strong> auditorium, completion <strong>of</strong> pending civil works are<br />
also notable achievements as <strong>Principal</strong>, BCET Gurdaspur.<br />
15. In addition <strong>of</strong> routine duties, the following are some notable<br />
Performances/Achievements as <strong>Principal</strong> MIMIT Malout in association with<br />
Faculty, Staff and 1400 Students for the progress and improvement <strong>of</strong><br />
corporate life <strong>of</strong> institution at all levels:<br />
1. MIMIT Amongst the First 5 Engineering Colleges affiliated to PTU<br />
According to t h e Student Information Booklet released by Punjab<br />
Technical University, Jalandhar, the I n s t i t u t e achieved p o s i t i o n<br />
amongst the f i r s t f i v e Engineering Colleges/Institutions affiliated to<br />
P T U . This r a n k i n g was b a s e d on Academic Performance <strong>of</strong> 1400<br />
students, Previous Admissions, Public Perception, Placement Records and<br />
Infrastructure. Due to this achievement, about all seats have been filled up<br />
e x c e p t s o m e s e a t s o f I T a n d M B A during academic year <strong>of</strong> 2011-2012<br />
and 2012-2013.<br />
2. PTU Sponsored FDPs (Faculty Development Programmes)<br />
In view <strong>of</strong> development <strong>of</strong> faculty for quality education to the students, the<br />
Institute conducted 9 FDPs ( Faculty Development Programmes) sponsored by<br />
Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar with grant <strong>of</strong> Rs. 65000/- each ( 3 FDPs<br />
in the month <strong>of</strong> July, 2011, 2 FDPs in Jan.2012 and 4 FDPs have been conducted<br />
in the month <strong>of</strong> May & June, 2012. The Institute invited expert i n the relevant<br />
field and distinguished personalities for delivering the expert lectures as approved<br />
by Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar.

3. Revival <strong>of</strong> M. Tech. (Industrial Engg) and Starting <strong>of</strong> M. Tech. Mech Engg<br />
The Institute started M.Tech. Industrial Engg (part time) under the Regional<br />
Centre <strong>of</strong> PTU in the long back. Due to poor admission, the Institute closed<br />
this programme. This program was revived with the approval <strong>of</strong> PTU in the<br />
year 2010 and out o f 25 approved seats, 17 students were admitted. From<br />
the academic year 2011-2012, M.Tech. Mechanical Engg (part time) has been<br />
added. For the academic year 2012-2013, M. Tech. CSE and ECE (part Time) has<br />
been applied to PTU for approval.<br />
4. Proposals/Projects Applied to ACITE for Grants<br />
The Institute has sent 9 proposals to AICTE for getting grants under<br />
MODROBs and Staff Development Scheme in February, 2011 for the<br />
modernization <strong>of</strong> its lab and to strengthen infrastructure. It is expected that above<br />
proposals would be approved by AICTE and Institute will get funds.<br />
The Institute has also sent a proposal to MHRD, New Delhi, through Govt <strong>of</strong><br />
Punjab for seeking a grant <strong>of</strong> Rs. 10 Crore under TEQIP (Technical Education<br />
Quality Improvement Program) scheme. Institution Eligibility Proposal sent<br />
by the Institute was cleared by the MHRD. Thereafter the Institute sent<br />
Institutional Development Proposal to MHRD but the proposal was rejected<br />
due to shortage faculty even after obtaining maximum marks by the Institute<br />
in the evaluation amongst the Punjab Govt. Promoted Institutes/Colleges.<br />
5. Placements<br />
Earlier, the placement <strong>of</strong> the students was poor and some companies visited<br />
the Institute for students' placement. But from the year 2010 onwards many<br />
students have been placed in national and multi national companies. So far, about<br />
194 students have been placed in the various multi national companies since<br />
2010. Thus, substantial increase has been made in the student's placement.<br />
Efforts are being made to enhance contacts with more and more<br />
Companies/Industrial houses to arrange for on /<strong>of</strong>f camps interview for training<br />
and placement <strong>of</strong> students. The MAA (MIMIT Alumni Association) is playing<br />
important role for placement <strong>of</strong> students.<br />
6. Encouraged Faculty for International Conferences<br />
The Institute has made efforts to send its faculty to attend International<br />
Conferences. The Institute had sent Dr. Jaskaran Singh Bhuller, Associate<br />
Pr<strong>of</strong>essor (Mathematics) in Beijing (China) to attend an International Conference<br />
on Information Theory and Information Security held w.e.f. 17.12.2010 to<br />
19.12.2010 with a sanction grant from PTU and institute.

7. Nomination as a Member <strong>of</strong> BOG, PTU, Jalandhar<br />
For the first time, <strong>Principal</strong>, MIMIT has been nominated as Member <strong>of</strong> BOG <strong>of</strong><br />
Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar amongst Govt. Promoted Engg.<br />
Colleges/institutions by the then Hon'ble Chief Secretary to Govt. <strong>of</strong> Punjab cum<br />
Chairman, BOG, PTU in occultation with Technical Education Minister cum<br />
Chairman, BOG, MIMIT and the <strong>Principal</strong> Secretary to Govt <strong>of</strong> Punjab,<br />
Depertment <strong>of</strong> TE&IT.<br />
8. Formation <strong>of</strong> Various Clubs<br />
The five clubs were formed in the institute since 2010 consisting <strong>of</strong> student members<br />
to work under the guidance <strong>of</strong> HODs and faculty members. The main motive <strong>of</strong> these<br />
clubs is to enhance the technical skills as well as managerial skill by organizing<br />
activities such as Quizs Competition, Group Discussion, Debate, Expert Lecture,<br />
Workshop, Games and Technical Presentations, etc.<br />
9. Organized 2 nd Convocation & 1 st Alumni Meet<br />
The Institute was established by Govt. <strong>of</strong> Punjab in 1998. The Institute get<br />
registered MAA (MIMIT Alumni Association) and organized its 2nd<br />
Convocation and 1st Alumni Meet on 11.11.2010 after a gap <strong>of</strong> 8 years. Dr.<br />
Rajneesh Arora, Vice Chancellor, Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar was<br />
the Chief Guest and <strong>Principal</strong>, Guru Teg Bahadur Khalsa Institute <strong>of</strong> Engg and<br />
Technology was the Guest <strong>of</strong> Honor. In this convocation, about 200 degrees were<br />
distributed to MBA and B.Tech students. About 250 old students were registered<br />
as member <strong>of</strong> MAA and they exchanged their views and experiences during the<br />
alumni meet.<br />
10. Organized 3 rd Convocation & 2 nd Alumni Meet<br />
The Institute organized its 3 rd Convocation and 2 nd Alumni Meet on 24.March<br />
2012. Dr. D.S. Hira, Vice Chancellor, Guru Kashi University, Talwandi<br />
Sabo was the Chief Guest. In this convocation about 247 degrees were<br />
distributed to MBA and B.Tech students. About 300 old students were<br />
registered as member <strong>of</strong> MAA and they exchanged their views and experiences<br />
during the alumni meet.<br />
11. 4 th Athletic Meet<br />
The Institute could not organize Athletic Meets for the last many yeas due to<br />
lack <strong>of</strong> play grounds and paucity <strong>of</strong> vacant land. In view the importance <strong>of</strong><br />
athletics for the students, the I n s t i t u t e organized successfully athletic<br />
meet f r o m 2 2 . 2 . 2 0 1 1 to 23.2.2011 on the vacant land <strong>of</strong> PUDA adjacent<br />
to the Institute. Dr. D.S. Grewal, <strong>Principal</strong>, GTBKIET was the chief Guest on<br />
the inaugural ceremony and S. Harpreet Singh, MLA, Malout was the chief<br />
Guest at the Prize Distribution Ceremony. All students participated in this<br />
athletic meet with full enthusiasm.

12. 5 th Athletic meet<br />
The Institute organized successfully 2 nd athletic meet from 01.03.2012 to<br />
02.03.2012 in the newly constructed building <strong>of</strong> MIMIT on the grounds developed<br />
by the Institute itself on the back side <strong>of</strong> building <strong>of</strong> the Institute. Sh. Arshdeep<br />
Singh Thind, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Shri Mauktsar Sahib was the chief Guest<br />
on the inaugural ceremony and S. Harsh Kumar Bansal, IPS, SSP Shri Mauktsar<br />
Sahib was the chief Guest at the Prize Distribution Ceremony. All students<br />
participated in this athletic meet with full enthusiasm.<br />
13. Other Sports Activities<br />
(i)<br />
PTU's Handball Tournament<br />
The Institute was entrusted the responsibility for organizing Hand Ball Tournament<br />
(Men & Women) by Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. The Institute<br />
organized it successfully from 17.9.2010 to 18.9.2010. Teams from 25 colleges<br />
affiliated to Punjab Technical University participated in this tournament. The Chief<br />
Guest <strong>of</strong> Inaugural ceremony <strong>of</strong> this tournament was Sh. Babru Vaheen Bansal,<br />
Member, BOG and Sh. Mukhwinder Singh Bhuller, PPS, DSP, Malout was the<br />
Chief Guest at the Prize Distribution Function. The Boys team <strong>of</strong> MIMIT got 2 nd<br />
position (runner up) in this tournament.<br />
(ii)<br />
National Level Competition: Langri Game<br />
Punjab Langri Association organized Langri Game in the Institute from<br />
24.6.2011 to 26.6.2011. Teams <strong>of</strong> 14/15 states all over the India (Men &<br />
Women) participated in this game. The Chief Guest <strong>of</strong> inaugural ceremony was Sh.<br />
Harpreet Singh, MLA, Malout and Chief Guest at the Prize Distribution Function<br />
was Hon'ble Surjeet Kumar Jiyani, Minister, TE & IT, Punjab-cum- Chairman,<br />
BOG, MIMIT Malout.<br />
14. PTU Inter Zonal Youth Festival<br />
The I n s t i t u t e organized PTU Inter Zonal Youth Festival from<br />
18.11.2010 to 20.11.2010 for the 1 st time in the Institution and 1 st time in the<br />
Colleges established by the Govt <strong>of</strong> Punjab. In this festival, about 60 teams<br />
participated from 26 colleges (4 zones) affiliated to PTU. The Chief Guest <strong>of</strong><br />
the Inaugural ceremony was Sh. Gurtej Singh Ghuriana, MLA, Balluana and<br />
Chief Guest at the Prize Distribution Function was Sh. V.K. Sharma, IAS, then<br />
Director, TE & IT, Punjab. MIMIT got 2 nd position (Overall runner up) in this<br />
PTU Inter Zonal Youth Festival.<br />
15. Facility <strong>of</strong> ATM and Documents Shop for Faculty, Staff and Students<br />
There was no facility <strong>of</strong> Bank ATM and documents shop in the institute since<br />
its establishment. Due to this, the faculty, staff and students were to go to<br />
Market causing difficulty especially to the female staff and students. Keeping in<br />
view need, the Institute got installed an ATM <strong>of</strong> OBC Bank in the institute and<br />
opened a documents shop for facilities to all faculty, staff and 1400 students.

16. Celebration <strong>of</strong> National Days<br />
Earlier, the Institute was not celebrating the National Days such as Independence<br />
Day and Republic Day in a formal way. Keeping in view the importance <strong>of</strong> these<br />
days, the Independence Day and Republic Day are being celebrated in the<br />
institute w i t h a f l a g h o i s t i n g c e r e m o n y in a formal way from year 2010<br />
onward in the presence <strong>of</strong> all faculty, staff and students.<br />
17. Talent Search Programme<br />
The Institute organized Intra Institute Talent Search Cultural Competition in<br />
2011 and 2012. In these functions, the students showed their talent in the<br />
different e v e n ts . The programs were well organized and the students took part<br />
with great enthusiasm. Besides, like every year, Akhand Path and Jagran were<br />
also c e l e brated in the Institute for the progress, peace and prosperity <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Institute. Baba Vishavkarma day is also celebrated in the College workshop.<br />
18. Co-operation to Local and District Administration<br />
The Institute provides every type <strong>of</strong> co-operation and assistance to the Local<br />
and District Administration from time to time during the visits <strong>of</strong> VVIPs,<br />
Censes Operation, Elections etc. Assistance is also provided to the institutes<br />
opened by the Govt. <strong>of</strong> Punjab such as: Construction Skill Training Institute at<br />
Abul Khurana, in collaboration with Larson and Turbo and Automotive and<br />
Driving Institute in collaboration with Tata Motors at Village Mahuana (Muktsar).<br />
19. Tree Plantations and Cleanliness Camps<br />
To keep the environment green and clean, the NSS wing <strong>of</strong> the Institute<br />
organized three tree plantation camps in newly constructed building and prefabricated<br />
building <strong>of</strong> the Institute in which more than 1000 trees were planted.<br />
One more tree plantation camp was organized in the new building <strong>of</strong> the Institute<br />
on 20.3.2012 in which 200 trees were planted. For the cleanliness <strong>of</strong> the campus,<br />
the NSS wing <strong>of</strong> the institute arranged a cleanliness camp in the above said<br />
buildings and CRC Park. About 400 students participated in this noble cause.<br />
20. Repair <strong>of</strong> the Hostels<br />
Presently, the Institute has two hostel one each for Boys and Girls with the<br />
capacity <strong>of</strong> 120 and 60 students respectively. Due to shortage <strong>of</strong> hostels, many<br />
students are not being provided hostel facility in the Institute campus thus<br />
causing affect to the admissions. Out <strong>of</strong> the two existing hostels, the<br />
renovation/repair <strong>of</strong> one hostel has been made and another hostel will be got<br />
repaired/renovated in the summer vacations in June, 2012.

21. CRC Park's Fountain Made Operational<br />
The Institute has its own CRC (Community Recreational Club) park adjoining to<br />
main building which was purchased by the Institute from PUDA. This park is<br />
opened for the general public <strong>of</strong> the city in the morning and evening. Fountain<br />
<strong>of</strong> this park was not working from last many years. Now, this fountain has been<br />
re-started after its repair/renovation. Consequently, the arrival <strong>of</strong> the public in<br />
this park has been increased about four times.<br />
22. Development <strong>of</strong> a Park for Society Accommodation<br />
Presently, about 22 faculty and staff members along with their family are<br />
residing in the Society Accommodation in the Campus. There was no park for the<br />
faculty, staff and their children in the residential complex. In the year 2010, a<br />
park for children was developed in the residential area with modern facilities<br />
and playing infrastructure for the entertainment <strong>of</strong> the resident children.<br />
23. Increased the Bandwidth <strong>of</strong> Internet Leased Line Connectivity<br />
Earlier, the Institute was having 6 mbps leased line in campus and the<br />
availability <strong>of</strong> the internet facility was limited only up to the computer labs<br />
and <strong>of</strong>fices <strong>of</strong> faculty/staff members. Keeping in view strength & interest <strong>of</strong> the<br />
students, the leased line has been increased to 18 mbps. The Wi-fi is accessible in<br />
all places <strong>of</strong> the campus and now the students can avail the internet facility even in<br />
the hostels and anywhere in the campus.<br />
24. Celebrated International Women Day and National Technology Day<br />
International Women Day was celebrated by the Institute for the 1 st time since<br />
its inception. Dr. S.C. Sharma was invited to deliver a lecture to faculty,<br />
staff and students on the importance <strong>of</strong> this day. National Technology Day<br />
was sponsored by department <strong>of</strong> Science and Technology with a grant. Dr.<br />
Prithpal Singh, Founder <strong>Principal</strong> <strong>of</strong> MIMIT was the special invitee on this<br />
occasion.<br />
25. Institute's Magazines and Souvenirs<br />
For the 1 st time, Institute's Magazine was printed in the year 2003. After a gap<br />
<strong>of</strong> 7 years, the Institute again published MIMITIAN 2010 and MIMITIAN 2011.<br />
MIMITIAN 2012 is under process in which the faculty, staff and students<br />
expressed their views. As such, first time, the Institute also published Souvenir<br />
2010, Souvenir 2011 and Souvenir 2012. The copy <strong>of</strong> the Magazines was<br />
distributed to all students <strong>of</strong> the Institute and the copy <strong>of</strong> Souvenir was given<br />
to all passing out students.

26. Blood Donation Camp<br />
For the 1 st time, a Blood Donation Camp was organized in the Institute in<br />
association with NSS and District Hospital Muktsar on 15.2.2012. Faculty, Staff<br />
& Students participated in the camp and 150 units <strong>of</strong> Blood were donated. Dr.<br />
Gurdip Singh, Civil Surgeon, Muktsar inaugurated the camp.<br />
27. Financial Position and Audit Status<br />
Financial position <strong>of</strong> the institution has improved by filling <strong>of</strong> maximum number <strong>of</strong><br />
seats and reducing dropout rate <strong>of</strong> students. Audit Status <strong>of</strong> the institution is up-todate.<br />
No major observation is pointed out by the AG department. The audit report is<br />
considerably good. All the financial reports including Balance Sheet and Audit Report<br />
have been reported to the Finance Committee.<br />
28. AICTE Workshop<br />
Attended one day AICTE Workshop on, “National Vocational Education<br />
Qualification Framework in Punjab,” on 21 st April 2012 in SLIET Lonogowal. The<br />
Chairman AICTE presented the NVEQF in Punjab. Sh Ashok Thakur, IAS, Secretary<br />
Technical Education, MHRD, Govt <strong>of</strong> India was the Chief Guest.<br />
29. Good Governance<br />
Good governance is on the active agenda. Seven point agenda was given to faculty,<br />
staff and students namely; Discipline amongst faculty, staff and students, academic<br />
environment, improvement in technical teaching learning process, placements,<br />
development <strong>of</strong> need based infrastructure, human resource development and<br />
accreditation <strong>of</strong> institute from NBA. All faculty, staff and student are working on<br />
these agenda to the full <strong>of</strong> their potential and efficacy.<br />
30. Placement <strong>of</strong> Faculty and Staff and their Regularization<br />
Faculty and staff strength was less than 20%. Some faculty and staff have been<br />
appointed and some have been placed under CAS. The services <strong>of</strong> 11 faculty and staff<br />
have been regularized to make the strength <strong>of</strong> the faculty and staff considerably good.<br />
In addition to this, improvement in discipline, academic environment, technical<br />
teaching learning process, regularization <strong>of</strong> faculty and staff, need based infrastructure<br />
development, human recourses development, optimization utilization <strong>of</strong> available<br />
human recourses and good governance are also notable achievements/performances as<br />
<strong>Principal</strong> in association with all faculty, staff and 1400 students for development <strong>of</strong><br />
corporate life at all levels in the institute.
