There is an enormous risk of injury when gym users train<br />
unaided with heavy dumbbells. They are tasked with<br />
getting them to the start position of an exercise and often<br />
over-compensate the force needed. This rapid rotation in the<br />
arm can lead to any number of injuries.<br />
