A memory-resident (TSR) serial port to keyboard input converter for serial input decoders that are connected to MS-DOS based<br />
computers. Includes both 3.5 ”and 5.25 ” diskettes. Also, see Serial Input Software .<br />
Eavesdrop<br />
Eavesdrop configuration requires a data cable with three connectors: one each for the existing data cable,the terminal’s serial port, and<br />
the decoder. Determine the cable you need from answers to the following questions.<br />
1. What gender connector is on the computer (serial port)? M (Male) F (Female)<br />
2. What gender connector is on the terminal (serial port)? M (Male) F (Female)<br />
3. Which pin has data coming out of the computer?<br />
4. Which pin has data coming out of the terminal?<br />
