Refunds, Restocking Fees and Other Charges<br />
Refunds<br />
The following timelines, based on the number of days from the original date of shipment from Datalogic, govern Datalogic‘s refund<br />
and restocking polices.<br />
1 -30 days<br />
1) Customer is charged 20 percent of the purchase price of the product to cover restocking and handling costs.<br />
2) Shipping and refurbishing costs are deducted from the refund.<br />
3) The refund is credited to the customer's account. If paid by a credit card, the refund amount is applied back to the credit card.<br />
Otherwise, please contact credit and collections department for other refund details.<br />
Over 30 days<br />
1) No refund is available.<br />
2) Customer is billed for return shipping costs.<br />
Software and Customized <strong>Product</strong>s<br />
Software and customized products such as cables, decoders with cable modifications, or special-order input devices, are not<br />
returnable.<br />
