The machining centers of the 15 series
have a modular design and allow ideal
adaptation to various tasks with their
time-tested components.
Integrated 0° / 180° workpiece changing device for
loading and unloading during machining with 4th NC axis
on both sides and counter-bearing for clamping bridge
with multiple setups.

Siemens or Fanuc.
2 CHIRON basket tool changer
with 20 places (ISO/CAT 40 / HSK-A 63):
- High productivity thanks to minimum change times
starting from 0.9 s and chip-to-chip times starting
from 1.7 s
- Large tool diameters and tool lengths
- Use of special tools, workpiece grippers
and angle heads
3 Automatic tool change with the pick-up procedure
in as fast as 0.9 s (48 tool places HSK-A 63). Highly
productive double-spindle machining centers also
belong to the 15 series model range
(2 x 24 tool places, HSK-A 63).

187 or 2 x 79 tool places during machining.

2-axis NC tilt rotary table with one or two adapter
face plates. The adapter face plate provides the option of
hydraulic or pneumatic workpiece clamping. Additional
clamping surfaces to the left and right of the faceplate.
