E-Government in Hungary

It is essential to determine and legally establish the scope
and rules of cooperation according to which the central
coordinating body can lead the next steps in the transition of
the institutional framework
• The institutional framework and the central
coordinating body can cooperate successfully
in a number of ways;
Develop the institutional cooperation
model, ”enterprise architecture”
• It is worth looking at examples provided by the
relevant EU Member States, but the operation
model essentially needs to be developed
based on the conditions and characteristics of
public administration in Hungary;
• The model needs to clarify, among others, the
following:
• roles and responsibilities;
• task allocation and
• motivation.
