Each property has its own unique history and

research. Accommodation styles can range
from modest shearers’ quarters to classic
country farmstays to elegant homesteads.
Some places are self-catering, others include
meals – in fact, large cooked breakfasts shared
with a friendly host family and homemade dinners
using local produce can often be a drawcard.
Experiences on offer can also vary. There may
be opportunities to meet some true characters
who are happy to show you what real country
life is like or you might have the option to tour
stretches of pristine land where the only noises
are coming from local wildlife and birdlife.
Great for families, these are places where kids
can be kids – they can get dirty, get up close
with farm animals and appreciate the outdoors.
