GF-10 Camera Crane
The GF-10 is a versatile, all-round crane system designed
to cope with the everyday, changing demands on set.
The system is composed of 5 x 2 m (6.5 ft), 1x 1.5m
(5 ft) and 1x 1 m (3 ft) arm sections. An optional 50 cm
(18“) section is also available. It‘s range of operation
spans from small jib arm to man riding at 8 m (26 ft)
platform height and remote head systems to 11.5 m
(37 ft). The modular design allows for a mulitude of
combinations. On set the ideal crane can be built
exactly as required for the specific location and shot.
The GF-10 is a workhorse that knows no compromise
when it comes to stability and handling.
The all terrain base dolly splits for use as a mini
track dolly (62 cm / 24,5” width) taking versions up
to 8m / 26 ft. The wheel axles are easily removed or
attached to the mini base enlarging it to take longer
versions. When assembled, the base works on 100 cm /
39“ wide track.
All GF-10 components are designed to allow a
comfortable carry providing an, until now, unknown
ease of handling and transportation for cranes of
this size. The complete arm fits neatly and safely on
a dedicated transport trolley or dismantles into small
compact pieces for storage in a grip truck.
The TÜV Süddeutschland have safety type tested
and approved the GF-10 Crane System according to
European guidelines and based on state-of-the-art-
technology.
