Access to these imaging modalities and cost efficacy will be considered. A Clinical Dilemma: Perioperative Care Following an Acute Coronary Syndrome Risks of recurrent ACS with non-cardiac surgery will be discussed. Management of peri-operative anti-platelet therapy will be reviewed. Optimal timing of surgery will be highlighted.
