Dustin Joseph Swain<br />
I, Dustin Swain, am saying my final goodbyes.<br />
I would like to start by saying goodbye to<br />
the faculty and staff. You all have made it a<br />
fantastic four years. I would also like to give<br />
a special thanks to Mr. Sgro for being one of<br />
the best teachers I have had in high school.<br />
Finally I would like to goodbye to all of my<br />
bros—Cole, Gabe, John Wesley, Adam, Nate<br />
and Ryan—for being there for me for anything.<br />
In my four years I have made a lot of friends<br />
along the way. With friends I have made<br />
memories that I will cherish forever. Even<br />
though I have sort of lost touch with many of<br />
my friends, I will never forget that without<br />
them I would have never made it to where I<br />
am today.<br />
I believe my high school experience has<br />
prepared me for the next chapter in my life,<br />
and I have a lot of gratitude for all of those<br />
who helped along the way. I am going to miss<br />
my Class of 2013.<br />

As this chapter of my life comes to a close, there are<br />
several people to whom I accredit my success and many<br />
people who are highly deserving of my gratitude. My<br />
greatest appreciation is to God, the head of my life, and<br />
my mother, Unissa King-Moore, my first educator in life.<br />
Throughout my years at Bradford High School, I<br />
witnessed the arrival and departure of plenty of educators<br />
and faculty members who are responsible for molding<br />
me into the student I am today. I would like to thank Ms.<br />
Tatum, Coach McGraw, Ms. Colonatanio, Mr. Jacobs,<br />
Ms. Johnson, Ms. Franklin and Ms. Mackey. As for the<br />
teachers who are still remaining at Bradford High School, I<br />
would like to thank Coach Chandler, Mrs. Crane, Mr. Sgro<br />
and Mrs. Combs. I would also like to give a special thanks<br />
to Ms. Anita for all of her guidance over the last few years.<br />
As the time until graduation dwindles rather quickly,<br />
figuring out how to say goodbye to the place and the people<br />
I’ve known so well has been one of the toughest challenges<br />
thus far, but goodbye wouldn’t be appropriate. This is a<br />
see-you-later, just a break from one another to grow and<br />
learn.<br />
Remember as we go our separate ways, we will always<br />
have each other in our hearts as we face the trials of the<br />
real world. Even though we will not be together, we can<br />
always reflect on the cherished memories we share. As we<br />
are summoned to embark on this journey alone, we know<br />
we can draw from this strength to accomplish what we<br />
have set forth in our plans.<br />
