Kim Ly<br />
Rotman School of Business, University of Toron<strong>to</strong><br />
Kim Ly received a BSc in electrical engineering from the University of Toron<strong>to</strong><br />
and completed her MBA at the Rotman School of Management. At Rotman, she<br />
was a part of NeXus Consulting, delivering socially innovative business solutions<br />
<strong>to</strong> the nonprofit sec<strong>to</strong>r. She previously worked as a software engineer at<br />
AMD. Her interests include behavioural economics, technology and innovation,<br />
and entrepreneurship.<br />
Nina Mazar<br />
Rotman School of Business, University of Toron<strong>to</strong><br />
With her focus on behavioural economics, Nina Mazar investigates consumer<br />
behaviour and how it deviates from standard economic assumptions. Nina was<br />
nominated for the 2009 SSHRC Aurora Prize for Outstanding New Researcher,<br />
and her awards include the Rotman Dean’s Award for Excellence in Research.<br />
Nina is a member of the inaugural cohort of Canada’s Academic Leadership Program<br />
Fellows. She has published in leading academic journals, including the<br />
Journal of Marketing Research, Psychological Science, the Review of Economic<br />
Studies, and the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. Her speaking<br />
engagements include the European Commission and the Canadian Revenue<br />
Agency.<br />
Min Zhao<br />
Rotman School of Business, University of Toron<strong>to</strong><br />
Min Zhao is an associate professor of marketing at the Rotman School of Management.<br />
Her primary research focuses on decisions over time pertaining <strong>to</strong><br />
consumers’ saving, waiting, new product preferences, and mind-set. She is also<br />
interested in consumers’ affective experiences and hedonic adaptation. She<br />
has published in leading marketing and psychological journals, including the<br />
Journal of Marketing Research, the Journal of Consumer Research, the Journal<br />
of Consumer Psychology, and Psychological Science. Her research findings are<br />
featured in major media such as the Wall Street Journal and the Financial Times.<br />
