The members of the Class of 1961 were the
honored guests at this year's graduation.
Together again, 50 years after they were
the ones in white gowns walking through
the Music Hall windows, memories and
stories were shared among all.
It was an absolute pleasure to help host
this reunion! I enjoyed meeting and
getting to know each and every one of
you who were able to who join us. It was a
great reminder of the bond that Alumnae
will always have with Mount de Sales!
Please know how thankful I am to those
who attended and also to those who
helped in making the reception as special
as it was. A particular note of gratitude
is extended to Jo Ann Taylor Lambert
for her extra time and effort put forth
in making the day so memorable. Please

Class of 2011 LEGACY
Mount de Sales Academy is proud to recognize eight members of the
Class of 2011 who now share the tradition of walking through the Music
Hall windows with their mothers or grandmothers. The traditions of Mount
de Sales Academy are the essence of its energetic spirit. They promote
unity, sisterhood, excitement, and harmony in the school by providing
some of the most meaningful and beautiful high school memories. Every
tradition is a bond between the current students and the Mount de Sales
Academy Alumnae, encouraging the continued legacy of Mount de
Sales Academy.

Special thanks to the Senior Class
Officers and the Class of 2011 for
their beautiful Class gift: restoration
of the Blessed Mother statue in our
grotto. The statue was an original gift
from Mount de Sales Academy's first
graduating class. We especially thank
Madi Scheidt '11, pictured below with
the statue, for all of her hard work in
organizing this project!
