Available upon request to Customers taking service under Schedule LP–1 <strong>and</strong><br />

contracting for a load of 200 kW or more, who have at least 50 kW of load which is<br />

interruptible<br />

Available upon request to Customers taking service under Schedule LP–1 when<br />

service is provided at a transmission delivery voltage of at least 35 kV <strong>and</strong> when the<br />

Customer maintains an average monthly dem<strong>and</strong> of 3,000 kW<br />

Available upon request to Customers taking service under Schedule LP–1 provided<br />

that: 1) the Customer normally uses electric power during hours of the day in which<br />

the <strong>Cooperative</strong>’s wholesale power provider’s billing peak typically occurs; 2) the<br />

Customer contracts for a load of 500 kW or more; <strong>and</strong> 3) it is specified by contract<br />

that the Customer has at least 300 kW of load which can be interrupted at the request<br />

of the <strong>Cooperative</strong> or can be shifted to a period of non-interruption<br />

Available to any industrial Customer contracting for a load of 10,000 kW or more <strong>and</strong><br />

whose load will be served from a delivery point of the <strong>Cooperative</strong>’s wholesale<br />

supplier of electric power <strong>and</strong> energy devoted exclusively to the service of that<br />

Customer. This Schedule is available only to those Customers receiving service as of<br />

January 1, 1981. LP-2-RA used when purchasing Energy Supply Service from a<br />

Competitive Service Provider<br />

Available to all Customers contracting for a load of 100 kW or more <strong>and</strong> served by a<br />

dedicated substation <strong>and</strong> utilizing no distribution facilities; LP-3-RA used when<br />

purchasing Energy Supply Service from a Competitive Service Provider<br />

Available whenever excess facilities are provided as described in the Schedule. The<br />

EF tariff does not apply to the LP–2 tariff<br />

Available upon request to Customers along the lines of the <strong>Cooperative</strong> for street,<br />

highway, <strong>and</strong> ground lighting<br />

Available to Customers with small power production facilities which qualify under<br />

Section 210 of the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978, <strong>and</strong> which have a<br />

total design capacity of 100 kilowatts or less<br />

Available to any distribution Customer owning <strong>and</strong> operating a renewable fuel<br />

generator on his premises which uses as its fuel source solar, wind, or hydro energy,<br />

<strong>and</strong> is primarily intended to offset part or all of the Customer’s own electricity<br />

requirements<br />

74 Available to all non State Corporation Commission Jurisdictional Entities (public<br />
