Introduction Welcome to our prospectus. In here you will see that Millom School is a great place to come and learn, work and play. The emphasis at school is to make sure that students feel safe, happy and secure and able to make good academic progress in a positive climate. Millom School is an inclusive school, which exists to promote not only high achievement, but plays an important part in the wider community. We work closely with the Network Centre, which is co-located on the school site. We have some wonderful facilities and are concerned to help everyone, students and adults alike, realize their potential. The quality of learning and teaching is of a high standard, as shown by dramatically improving results over time, both at GCSE and A level.
