The Beauty Point Early Learning Centre will<br />
be hosting a demonstration bull ride and<br />
family fun day on the 4th December at the<br />
Beaconsfield Shorgrounds on Grubb St.<br />
Follow the signs from Greens Beach Rd or<br />
contact for more information.<br />
There will be sheepdog trials and<br />
amusements including a mechanical bull and<br />
ride-on jeeps, spot raffles, heaps of food.<br />

Those in the community wishing to speak at a<br />
council meeting may do so at 1.30pm during<br />
the <strong>Community</strong> Input and Public Question<br />
time. 30 minutes is allocated with a maximum<br />
of 15 minutes for community ideas inputand<br />
15 minutes for public questions.<br />

Gates open at 11am, Early bird tickets are<br />
available to pre-purchase at Seen service<br />
Station, Beaconsfield $10 per adult or $15 at<br />
the gate. Children accompanying an adult<br />
are free.<br />

"The Innkeepers Delight"<br />
An evening of Christmas carols to be held at the<br />
Auld Kirk Presbyterian Church, 50 Auld Kirk<br />
Road Sidmouth on Thursday 16th December<br />
<strong>Community</strong> input time limits any one speaker<br />
to a maximum of 5 minutes and Public<br />
Question time a maximum of 3 questions<br />
on any specific subject. A question will<br />
be answered if the information is known<br />
otherwise it will be taken on notice and<br />
followed up with a response in writing.<br />
Where there are several persons wishing to<br />
ask questions, a rotational basis will be used.<br />
If you wish an issue to be raised at a council<br />
meeting, you should first contact your local<br />
councillors and discuss your issue with them.<br />
The function of councillors is to facilitate<br />
communications between the council and the<br />
community.<br />
2010 at 7.00pm. Music provided by the West<br />
Tamar Municipal Band and guest musicians.<br />

Carols by Candlelight<br />
On Sunday the 19th of December, Legana Christian Church<br />
is holding its annual Carols Event with special guest MC<br />
Michael Ferguson, MHA.<br />
Time: From 6 till 7pm, followed by a light supper.<br />
Venue: Legana Christian Church,<br />
1 Gerrard Cl, Legana.<br />
Entry is free<br />
Flicker lights and glow bands available for purchase on<br />
