2. Emotional Concern 關 注 用 者 情 绪

The path taken by the mourners is carefully designed. From the quiet arrival area at
G/F, the mourners would find a tranquil circular courtyard heading to the upper floor. By
climbing up the circular staircases, they would reach the podium garden with
contemplating lily ponds as well as various plantings. They will then walk through a
peaceful transitional colonnade leading to the service hall for mourning. The entrance
and exit of the service hall were also carefully arranged in opposite direction that
mourners would enter and leave the hall in different ways so different groups of
mourners would not meet each other.
新 的 火 葬 場 分 為 兩 個 不 同 的 區 域 , 平 台 上 為 禮 堂 和 綠 化 區 , 平 台 以 下 為 機 械 設 備 的 位 置 。 送 葬 者 從 落
客 區 , 通 過 寧 靜 的 庭 院 , 到 達 園 景 平 台 , 經 過 蓮 花 池 和 柱 廊 進 入 禮 堂 。 禮 堂 的 出 入 口 經 過 精 心 設 計 , 分
開 了 入 口 和 出 口 , 使 不 同 的 送 葬 隊 伍 能 順 利 進 出 。 葬 禮 完 成 後 , 送 葬 者 可 以 在 禮 堂 旁 的 花 園 休 息 或 燃 點
香 燭 祭 品 。

The podium deck garden, characterized by four lily ponds, together with various planting
areas and the naturally vegetated slopes help to blend the buildings into the surrounding
nature. Also, continuous planters along building edges are provided to soften the
rectilinear building form and minimize the visual impact of the building mass.
景 觀 平 台 , 蓮 花 池 和 各 種 植 物 使 建 築 物 視 覺 上 跟 周 邊 景 觀 更 和 諧 , 減 低 了 建 築 物 對 周 邊 景 觀 的 影 響 。 新
的 火 葬 場 進 一 步 優 化 了 周 圍 的 景 觀 。
Besides green roofs, vertical greenings are widely used to strategically integrate with
the building form to give new life to the fair-faced concrete and create a peaceful
atmosphere.
除 了 天 台 綠 化 外 , 垂 直 綠 化 亦 廣 泛 地 應 用 , 巧 妙 地 與 建 築 物 融 為 一 體 。 這 不 但 令 清 水 混 凝 土 注 入 了 生 命
力 , 更 營 造 了 一 個 平 和 寧 靜 的 氣 氛 。
In terms of planting colour palette, while evergreen trees like pine species are selected
to enhance the overall greening environment, shrubs with different foliage colours and
flowering aquatic plants are adopted to enrich the scenery of the garden.
植 物 品 種 選 擇 以 常 綠 樹 為 主 , 如 松 樹 , 再 配 以 不 同 顏 色 的 灌 木 和 開 花 的 水 生 植 物 , 構 成 豐 富 的 園 林 景
色 。
