SWITCHING NEEDS The AL2 and AS2 allow automatic
switching from a main source to a remote source, such
as between main stereo system and a local TV. The AL2
operates at line level, while the AS2 operates at speaker
level. They default to Source A while monitoring Source B.
When B is ON the device switches to B until a signal is
no longer present. It then switches back to A.
SPECIAL FEATURES Switching time from Source B back to
Source A is adjustable, from approximately three seconds

AL2 AUTOMATIC SECONDARY SOURCE SELECTOR –

Performs line level switching. 12v power supply is included. DC in/out connections
allow multiple components to share a single power supply.

AS2 AUTOMATIC SECONDARY SOURCE SELECTOR –

The AS1 has the features of the AL1, but performs speaker level switching.

AL2/S AUTOMATIC SLAVE SECONDARY SOURCE
SELECTOR – LINE LEVEL
The AL2/S is a “slave” unit that it controlled by an AL2 or AS2. It performs the
same switching functions as the AL2 without requiring a power supply. It receives
DC voltage and a switching trigger from the “master” unit. The AL2/S can also be
used to switch composite video signal sources when used in conjunction with an
AL2 or AS2 that is used for audio.
