Reconciliation of Payments to Suppliers to the Financial Statements
The schedule of payments to suppliers is on a "cash basis" listing and therefore the total will differ significantly
from the expenses in the consolidated financial statements which are reported on an accrual basis resulting in
timing differences. Furthermore, there are disbursements on this report which are not considered expenses for
financial statements purposes including payments made to other taxing authorities, employee payroll deductions
and debt principal repayments.
