This FREE and CONFIDENTIAL<br />

service is available to men and<br />

woman of all ages, providing you<br />

with a range of sexual health<br />

services, contraception and advice<br />

without the need to make an<br />

appointment.<br />

What does the<br />

service offer?<br />

• Free Condoms<br />

• All methods of contraception<br />

(including implant/IUD/IUS)<br />

• Emergency Contraception<br />

• Pregnancy testing<br />

• Abortion counselling/referral<br />

for abortion<br />

• Pre-conceptual advice<br />

• Screening for Chlamydia/<br />

Gonorrhoea/HIV/Syphilis<br />

• Cervical smears<br />

• Community GUM clinic<br />

Clinics are held on various days<br />

and times across the borough and<br />

offer a walk–in service, so there is<br />

no need to make an appointment.<br />

The clinics work on a first come,<br />

first serve basis, this means that<br />

waiting times can vary depending<br />

on the amount of people attending<br />

the clinic that day.<br />

Most issues can be dealt with by<br />

nurses, occasionally they may<br />

need to refer you to see a doctor<br />

within the service.<br />
