NC Hydraulic Machine Vise
● All types of NC Vise surface are processed by
high frequency heat-treatment. Guide ways are
ground on all sides. The accuracy of parallelism
and squareness is within 0.005 mm.
● Basic body and fi xed jaw are mono-block
casting. It is suitable for using under high
pressure without distortion due to the tensile
strength 65 kg/cm 2 .
● All types of the parallelism and squareness of

slots on the vise base are very precise.
● The movable jaw is specially designed to hold
down the workpiece, so that the workpiece has
optimum accuracy after maching.
● It is suitable for various materials and can be
used with low pressure and high pressure.
It is possible to combine with other HWD-A
Hydraulic Machine Vises. The tolerance of
matched height is within 0.005 mm.
