In the season-opener against the Oakland Raiders, Andrew Luck<br />
completed 18-of-23 passes for 178 yards and two touchdowns for<br />
a passer rating of 127.9. He also rushed for the game-winning<br />
touchdown in the fourth quarter.<br />
Luck set career highs in completion percentage (78.3) and passer<br />
rating while not throwing an interception for the fourth straight game<br />
dating back to last season. With his performance, Luck became<br />
the first quarterback since Ben Roethlisberger in 2008 to complete<br />
at least 78 percent of his passes and throw multiple<br />
touchdowns with no interceptions in the season opener.<br />
Luck also led his eighth career game-winning drive in the<br />
fourth quarter or overtime, which is the most through the first<br />
17 games of any NFL quarterback that began his career since<br />
the 1970 merger.<br />
