Changed were approved by the required 2/3 vote of conference attendees. Chairman shall
implement changes.

Wednesday Meeting
I 2010 Officers
Officer positions were confirmed, as mentioned above.
II Location
Since SES is hosting for 2010 for 20 year anniversary in Montreal, much of the UGM work will
be taken on by SES for next year. Location of actual venues are unknown at this time.

Budget
Skip Williams: Motion to allow wives and children to attend the lunches and the Monday
reception. Account for costs by having an additional fee at registration to pay for meals.
Add this tally to registration site (e.g., 1 Attendee + x guests). Potentially attach an age range
(kids meals may be less expensive).
Costs this year were $28-$40 PER lunch. Cost TBD for each UGM, as necessary.
SES offered to contribute to the costs for guests.
Seconded, Voted and approved.

Cost Overruns and Extra Costs
Farid Dawalibi: SES agrees to cover any conference expenses up to $5,000 US on the condition
the CDEGS Users’ Group cannot cover costs.
Hosting Company Responsibilities
Motion: Hosting company to host a reception on Monday Night. The intention is a meet-and-
