15. Interpretation of the clauses in the Tender Document / Contract Document<br />
In case of any ambiguity / dispute in the interpretation of any of the clauses in this<br />
Tender Document, The Director, STPI-B’s interpretation of the clauses shall be<br />
final and binding on all parties.<br />
AWARD OF CONTRACT<br />
16. Award Criteria<br />
a. STPI-B shall award the contract to the eligible bidder whose bid has been<br />
determined as the lowest evaluated commercial bid.<br />
b. If more than one bidder happens to quote the same lowest price, STPI-B<br />
reserves the right to award the contract to more than on bidder.<br />
17. STPI-B reserves the right to award the contract partly or wholly to one or more<br />
tenderers.<br />
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA<br />
1. The Contractor should have executed similar type of contracts with reputed<br />
firms.<br />
2. The contract agency should have at least a minimum of 100 employees<br />
working.<br />
