Sir / Madam,<br />

I am directed by Hon. President, <strong>MNC</strong> to communicate to you the decision of <strong>MNC</strong> as per reference<br />

no.1 regarding affiliation for A.Y. <strong>2013</strong>-14 for your institute for the respective courses as mentioned in the <strong>list</strong><br />

displayed below this letter.<br />

Affiliation is granted by <strong>MNC</strong> for A.Y. <strong>2013</strong>-14 as per reference no.02 on fulfillment of following terms<br />

and conditions within one month of receipt of this letter.<br />

1. You are directed to submit the affidavit along with necessary documents in terms of that you fulfill all<br />

the norms laid down by INC, <strong>MNC</strong> in respect of space, infrastructure, appointment & functioning of<br />

teaching & non-teaching staff, admission,, academic activities as per syllabus, curriculum & that you<br />

follow examination scheme, availability of clinical facilities along with quantum of clinical materials &<br />

budget etc.<br />

2. An affidavit to be submitted with regard to ownership of the building and completion certificate by the<br />

state authority / trust if required.<br />

3. Submit combined Principal’s & head of the institution’s original affidavit duly notarized in stamp<br />

paper (format of affidavit is available on Council’s website) & <strong>list</strong> of the teaching faculty<br />

registered with this Council for the A.Y.<strong>2013</strong>-14 within one month from the date of issue of this<br />

letter.<br />

4. Teaching staff – Principal & all appointed teachers should be eligible, qualified, experienced as per<br />

norms & registered with <strong>MNC</strong> before their appointment. 1:<strong>10</strong> student : teacher ratio should be<br />

maintained throughout the year.<br />

5. The Minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31 st December of the year in which<br />

admission is sought. The maximum age for admission shall be 35 years.<br />

6. The minimum educational requirements shall be <strong>10</strong>+2 class passed preferably Science (PCB) &<br />

English with aggregate of 40% marks from recognized Board for <strong>RGNM</strong> programme.<br />

The minimum educational requirements shall be <strong>10</strong>+2 class passed from recognized Board for<br />

<strong>RANM</strong> programme.<br />

7. 1 : 3 Student : Patients ratio should be maintained as per norms.<br />

8. Check council’s Website - www. maharashtranursingcouncil. org frequently.<br />

9. Maintain all the records & report as per the norms of this programme.<br />

<strong>10</strong>. All the correspondence should be done by the Principal only.<br />

11. Always maintain the laid down norms which can be confirmed as and when required by surprise<br />

inspection.<br />

12. This affiliation is only for the A.Y.<strong>2013</strong>-14.<br />

In case the information furnished by you is false or misleading then in that event the <strong>MNC</strong> reserves the<br />

right to withdraw the affiliation without any notice and further action as deem fit would be taken against the<br />

institution for the said programme.<br />

1. The institutions established before A.Y. 2011-12, and if your institute have not been inspected by<br />

<strong>MNC</strong> in last three years, you will be inspected during A.Y.<strong>2013</strong>-14.<br />

2. Those <strong>RANM</strong> institutions which were established in A.Y.2011-12 and having Suitability Certificate<br />

from INC,New Delhi will be inspected in A.Y. <strong>2013</strong>-14.<br />

3. The <strong>list</strong> given below have duly complied with payment of the necessary fees and paper compliance<br />

on and before the extended date by <strong>MNC</strong>/ if inspected the report being as per the guidelines of <strong>MNC</strong><br />

and INC/ not inspected recently but the institute of goodstanding without any dues.<br />

4. In the larger interest of the students and all other concerned parties, you are requested to note that<br />

the Council will send the hard copy of letter of affiliation for A.Y.<strong>2013</strong>-14 by Registered Speed Post<br />

and you are also requested not to bother personally or through any other person to this office.<br />

5. Under the present circumstances, You are informed that to do online enrollment and submit your<br />

documents for enrollment on or before 30 th October <strong>2013</strong>.<br />

6 You are free to approach the Council for any grievances within the contents of this letter.<br />
