Sir / Madam, 

I am directed by Hon. President, MNC to communicate to you the decision of MNC as per reference 

no.1 regarding affiliation for A.Y. 2013-14 for your institute for the respective courses as mentioned in the list 

displayed below this letter. 

Affiliation is granted by MNC for A.Y. 2013-14 as per reference no.02 on fulfillment of following terms 

and conditions within one month of receipt of this letter. 

1. You are directed to submit the affidavit along with necessary documents in terms of that you fulfill all 

the norms laid down by INC, MNC in respect of space, infrastructure, appointment & functioning of 

teaching & non-teaching staff, admission,, academic activities as per syllabus, curriculum & that you 

follow examination scheme, availability of clinical facilities along with quantum of clinical materials & 

budget etc. 

2. An affidavit to be submitted with regard to ownership of the building and completion certificate by the 

state authority / trust if required. 

3. Submit combined Principal’s & head of the institution’s original affidavit duly notarized in stamp 

paper (format of affidavit is available on Council’s website) & list of the teaching faculty 

registered with this Council for the A.Y.2013-14 within one month from the date of issue of this 

letter. 

4. Teaching staff – Principal & all appointed teachers should be eligible, qualified, experienced as per 

norms & registered with MNC before their appointment. 1:10 student : teacher ratio should be 

maintained throughout the year. 

5. The Minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31 st December of the year in which 

admission is sought. The maximum age for admission shall be 35 years. 

6. The minimum educational requirements shall be 10+2 class passed preferably Science (PCB) & 

English with aggregate of 40% marks from recognized Board for RGNM programme. 

The minimum educational requirements shall be 10+2 class passed from recognized Board for 

RANM programme.

7. 1 : 3 Student : Patients ratio should be maintained as per norms. 

8. Check council’s Website - www. maharashtranursingcouncil. org frequently. 

9. Maintain all the records & report as per the norms of this programme. 

10. All the correspondence should be done by the Principal only. 

11. Always maintain the laid down norms which can be confirmed as and when required by surprise 

inspection. 

12. This affiliation is only for the A.Y.2013-14. 

In case the information furnished by you is false or misleading then in that event the MNC reserves the 

right to withdraw the affiliation without any notice and further action as deem fit would be taken against the 

institution for the said programme.

1. The institutions established before A.Y. 2011-12, and if your institute have not been inspected by 

MNC in last three years, you will be inspected during A.Y.2013-14. 

2. Those RANM institutions which were established in A.Y.2011-12 and having Suitability Certificate 

from INC,New Delhi will be inspected in A.Y. 2013-14. 

3. The list given below have duly complied with payment of the necessary fees and paper compliance 

on and before the extended date by MNC/ if inspected the report being as per the guidelines of MNC 

and INC/ not inspected recently but the institute of goodstanding without any dues. 

4. In the larger interest of the students and all other concerned parties, you are requested to note that 

the Council will send the hard copy of letter of affiliation for A.Y.2013-14 by Registered Speed Post 

and you are also requested not to bother personally or through any other person to this office. 

5. Under the present circumstances, You are informed that to do online enrollment and submit your 

documents for enrollment on or before 30 th October 2013. 

6 You are free to approach the Council for any grievances within the contents of this letter.
