N.B :-Programme of Oral & Practical examination will be held on the date & time mentioned against the numbers of the
candidates.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. The Oral & Practical examination will start from 07/12/2013 at 09:00 AM
2. The Oral & Practical examination should be arranged in the HOSPITAL / RURAL / URBAN AREA /
PAEDIATRIC WARD / ANC,LABOUR WARD , PNC ,GYNEC. etc., where your institution is affiliated.
3. The candidate have to appear for Written, Oral & Practical examination in UNIFORM.
4. The Matron / Principal has to attest the photographs in uniform with signature & rubber stamp
before handing over the Hall-ticket to the students.
5. No candidate will be allowed to appear for Written, Oral & Practical examination without her hall ticket.
6. If there is any mistake in the name of the candidate, it should be brought to the notice of the Council before
the examination.
7. “P” indicates that the candidate is permitted for the examination provisionally.
8. If there is any mistake in the EXEMPTION of the Candidate it should be brought to the notice of the Council
before the examination otherwise Council will not be responsible for any consequences.
