INSTRUCTIONS<br />
1. The Oral & Practical examination will start from 07/12/2013 at 09:00 AM<br />
2. The Oral & Practical examination should be arranged in the HOSPITAL / RURAL / URBAN AREA /<br />
PAEDIATRIC WARD / ANC,LABOUR WARD , PNC ,GYNEC. etc., where your institution is affiliated.<br />
3. The candidate have to appear for Written, Oral & Practical examination in UNIFORM.<br />
4. The Matron / Principal has to attest the photographs in uniform with signature & rubber stamp<br />
before handing over the Hall-ticket to the students.<br />
5. No candidate will be allowed to appear for Written, Oral & Practical examination without her hall ticket.<br />
6. If there is any mistake in the name of the candidate, it should be brought to the notice of the Council before<br />
the examination.<br />
7. “P” indicates that the candidate is permitted for the examination provisionally.<br />
8. If there is any mistake in the EXEMPTION of the Candidate it should be brought to the notice of the Council<br />
before the examination otherwise Council will not be responsible for any consequences.<br />
