I have to inform you that the oral and practical examination of REVISED AUXILLARY NURSE MIDWIFERY (FHW) FIRST
July 2013 is arranged at your place. You are requested to:-
a) Handover enclosed Marksheet (blank) for Oral and practical examination to the examiner as per instruction on the envelope.
b) Each candidate will be examined by a pair of examiners jointly.The marks obtained by students should be treated as strictly

c) Arrange oral and practical examination accordingly and submit your supervisor bill immediately after examination is over along
with the report obtained from the supervisors in the enclosed form.
If any of examiner do not report for Oral & Practical examination, It should be immediately brought to the notice to the
