God - our faith depositor<br />

God has many names but have you ever seen him as a spiritual<br />
banker in your life? If not, then you have missed one <strong>of</strong> God’s<br />
names - faith depositor. He gives us faith when we need it! Just as<br />
we ask Him for wisdom to pass an exam, we also ask for help in<br />
times <strong>of</strong> need, for jobs when we face unemployment and for healing<br />
when we are sick, so too we need to ask for faith to receive miracles.<br />
Here are some reasons why I call Him our faith depositor:<br />
• He supplies courage when you’re afraid<br />
• He is a God <strong>of</strong> love<br />
• He helps us through challenges<br />
• He is always there for you<br />
• He will provide you with what you need when you need it<br />
• He is a God <strong>of</strong> endless supplies<br />
• He can never fail<br />
• He will always be there for you<br />
God has always been in the business <strong>of</strong> supplying faith just as a<br />
bank is in the business <strong>of</strong> providing money. If you deposit cash, it<br />
means you have money in the bank, therefore, when you deposit<br />
faith, it means you have more power. What do you do with the faith<br />
you withdraw? You use it to experience God’s miracles.<br />
How is your faith account? If you always obey God and love<br />
God you have a high score in the faith bank. However, if you don’t<br />
listen to God you have a low score. You must know that you can<br />
improve your score by listening to God. When God wants to give<br />
you a miracle, you must withdraw some faith from your account<br />
and apply it toward solving your problem. To build up your faith,<br />
trust in God and His Word for your life.<br />

Sometimes I wish I were a picture<br />
Why?<br />
Because a picture remains the same<br />

a picture seizes a moment in time<br />
and a picture reflects on it.<br />
But who am I?<br />
I’m constantly changing<br />
I never remain the same<br />
I have trouble remembering<br />
I <strong>of</strong>ten forget<br />
I don’t know my future<br />
The past is just that, past<br />
I can never say “This moment...” because moments<br />
are only in the past, never in the present<br />
A picture never ages,<br />
A picture always lasts<br />
But I am constantly maturing<br />
I’m aging fast<br />
A picture makes you think<br />
I only make you wonder<br />
A picture touches your heart<br />
a place I’m not allowed to wander<br />
I wish we were a picture,<br />
A picture <strong>of</strong> you and I.<br />
