<strong>Nathan</strong> M. <strong>Brown</strong><br />
<strong>Nathan</strong> <strong>Brown</strong> is a client administration manager for T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. He<br />
is responsible for overseeing a team of associates dedicated to servicing plan sponsors. He joined the<br />
firm in 2000 as a retirement plan coordinator, working in the large market environment and has since<br />
worked on various levels of retirement plans. <strong>Nathan</strong> is a 2005 graduate of the T. Rowe Price EDGE<br />
Program, aimed at developing leaders and managers.<br />
<strong>Dan</strong> <strong>Darfler</strong><br />
<strong>Dan</strong> <strong>Darfler</strong> is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services,<br />
Inc. He is the director of national account sales, responsible for T. Rowe Price’s largest prospective<br />
relationships. <strong>Dan</strong> started his professional career with IBM, where he spent 8 years in various product and<br />
marketing divisions. He joined the investment industry with T. Rowe Price in 1987, spending six years with<br />
the firm. <strong>Dan</strong> spent the next 18 years away, with the bulk of that time with American Century Retirement<br />
Plan Services, later acquired by JPMorgan. He rejoined T. Rowe Price in 2010 in his current role. <strong>Dan</strong> is an<br />
honors graduate from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Series 6, 7, and 63 registered representative.<br />
<strong>Cynthia</strong> <strong>Egan</strong><br />
<strong>Cynthia</strong> <strong>Egan</strong> is the president of Retirement Plan Services at T. Rowe Price and a member of the firm’s<br />
Operational Steering Committee. <strong>Cynthia</strong> joined T. Rowe Price in 2007 after an extensive career in<br />
financial services. For almost 18 years, she was with Fidelity Investments, where she was a member of<br />
the leadership team that defined and built Fidelity’s retirement business. In 2005, she was named “Fund<br />
Marketer of the Year” by Institutional Investor, in recognition of her work on postretirement issues and<br />
solutions. <strong>Cynthia</strong> began her career in financial services with the Board of Governors of the Federal<br />
Reserve and subsequently held positions with KPMG Peat Marwick and Bankers Trust Company.<br />
<strong>Cynthia</strong> is a graduate of Boston College and is the former, founding cochair of the Council for Women<br />
of Boston College. Currently, she is on the Boston College Committee for University Advancement, a<br />
member of the Executive Committee for the Council for Women of Boston College, a member of the<br />
Boston College Wall Street Council, and a Board member of The Walters Art Museum.<br />
<strong>Susan</strong> M. <strong>Fritz</strong><br />
<strong>Susan</strong> <strong>Fritz</strong> is an assistant vice president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc., and T. Rowe<br />
Price Trust Company. She is a lead manager on the Conversion Team. Prior to joining the firm in 1996,<br />
she worked for NationsBank in their Employee Benefits Department for seven years. She earned a B.S.<br />
in business administration/finance from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
Carrie Carson Goldrick<br />
Carrie Goldrick is a senior communications consultant with T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services,<br />
Inc. Her primary role is working with plan sponsors as a strategic partner to develop smart goals and<br />
effective solutions for educating employees about their employer-sponsored retirement plan. Carrie<br />
has more than 13 years of retirement plan marketing experience, during which time she established<br />
and supervised the implementation of a satellite participant communications department for the firm.<br />
Prior to joining the firm in 1995, Carrie was an associate producer in the News Department at WJZ-TV<br />
in Baltimore, Maryland, where she produced an award-winning daily consumer news segment. She<br />
received a B.A. in broadcast journalism from Penn State University.<br />
Matthew D. McOsker<br />
Matt McOsker is a vice president for the Product Development division of T. Rowe Price Retirement<br />
Plan Services, Inc. Since joining the firm in 1993, Matt has worked as a Participant Service Center<br />
representative and an employee meeting specialist. Matt earned a B.S. in geology from St. Lawrence<br />
University and Visual Basic and Java programming certificates from the Community College of Baltimore<br />
County. He is a Series 6, 7, and 63 registered representative.<br />
Michael J. Metz<br />
Mike Metz is a vice president and relationship management executive for T. Rowe Price Retirement<br />
Plan Services, Inc. He joined the firm in 1995. Mike’s responsibilities include strategic relationship<br />
management of several of the firm’s largest retirement plan clients, as well as leadership of a team of<br />
relationship managers. Mike is a Series 6, 7, 24, and 63 registered representative. He earned a B.A. in<br />
political science from Johns Hopkins University.<br />
David W. Streissguth<br />
David Streissguth is a senior compliance analyst in Compliance Services for T. Rowe Price Retirement<br />
Plan Services. His responsibilities include performing nondiscrimination testing, consulting with clients<br />
concerning legislative and regulatory plan compliance, and analyzing the effects of new legislation on<br />
plan design and operation. Dave joined the firm in 1997. Prior to joining Compliance Services in 2003,<br />
he was a plan coordinator in RPS Operations. Dave earned a B.B.A in finance from James Madison<br />
University. He has attained the Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), the Qualified 401(k) Administrator<br />
(QKA), and the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designations from the American Society of<br />
Pension Professionals & Actuaries.<br />
