mellitus and all problems related to the disease, with a primary
focus on the treatment of diabetic foot syndrome. As Medical Director
of the North American School of Podology (NASP), Dr. Aust
Getting Past the Pitfalls in Pedicures
Sunday 11:30 a.m. Room 205-B
Over the years, we all acquire vast amounts of experience and knowledge,
which become the foundations for our day-to-day work and
careers, as pedicurists and nail technicians. However at times, our
experience and knowledge may be insufficient, as we are unable to
master a specific problem to resolve it in the client’s best interest, and
ultimately to their satisfaction. Education is the answer… because
when you learn more, you retain your clients and ultimately, earn
more! Dr. Aust will showcase a multitude of unique challenges and
“Pitfalls in Pedicures” and discuss how continuing education through
the 5 levels of NASP courses, all with their own level of certification,
will not only elevate the range and quality of your services but also,
elevate your career!
Beyond The “Four P’s of Marketing”: Engage
Your Customers… & Grow Your Business!
Monday 2:30 p.m. Room 205-B
Are the traditional “four P’s of marketing” still adequate to not only
sustain but increase your business?
Will you need to change your current marketing and promotional
strategies, and implement innovative tactics to meet your clients’
needs, in order to become a leader in the marketplace? Eniko M.
Campbell will answer these questions and much more, including:
how to turn prospects into clients and “optimize per-client visits” on
the bottom line, by turning browsers into buyers; how to capitalize
on the new age range and “gender-blend” of spa and salon-going
clientele; how to tap into the more affluent demographics and meet
the changing needs of the aging population; and most importantly,
how to enhance customer loyalty, by staying connected through social
media and the current 24/7 mode of communications!
