Simon Flint<br />

Simon Flint’s career in food has<br />

included some of the most prestigious<br />

and best known restaurants in<br />

London, including Daphne’s, The Ivy<br />

and Mirabelle, as well as The Real<br />

Greek, before taking on the role of<br />

Head Chef at the renowned Groucho<br />

Club.<br />

Joining the team at the National<br />

Theatre in June 2006, Simon took<br />

responsibility for creating new<br />

menus and food packages for all<br />

events at the National. He has<br />

created the following menu using<br />

carefully sourced, fresh and seasonal<br />

ingredients that celebrate the best of<br />

regional British food.<br />

Jason Wild<br />

Jason Wild moved to London in 1993<br />

and worked for the Roux Brothers,<br />

Terrence Conran and others, before<br />

taking over as Head Chef at Daphne’s.<br />

He then went on to open The<br />

Collection restaurant and The North<br />

Pole in Greenwich. Later on he<br />

became Executive Head Chef of Table<br />

Talk Events and, after that exposure to<br />

the events world, became Executive<br />

Head Chef for Company of Cooks at<br />

the Royal Festival Hall and the Royal<br />

Opera House.<br />

He was then head-hunted by Richard<br />

Caring to help launch three new<br />

restaurant chains and re-launch and<br />

rebrand Orso and Joe Allen before<br />

joining the team here at the National<br />

Theatre as Executive Sous Chef.<br />
