Entrevue
In terms of how this masterpiece
relates to what I write now, I’m going
to call on Stendhal and hope that it
doesn’t:
» (Vie
de Henry Brulard)
3. Has your idea of what poetry is
changed since you began writing poems?
One thing that’s remained
unwavering is my total disdain for
Bukowski. What a fraud.
4. Is there anything you find particularly
challenging when writing poetry?
Not stopping in the middle with the
intention of “coming back to it later.”
