Freezing tips<br />

TIP: Bread is the #1 most wasted<br />

food in the UK. But it freezes and<br />

defrosts well, especially if you<br />

pre-slice it first.<br />

TIP: To save space in your freezer,<br />

use the smallest possible containers<br />

or freezer bags, and don’t forget to<br />

label the contents.<br />

TIP: Just about anything can<br />

be frozen, apart from<br />

cucumbers and lettuce.<br />

TIP: FREEZER SOUP<br />

keep a container in the freezer<br />

to add small bits of leftovers to.<br />

Once full, make a basic soup<br />

and add the frozen leftovers.<br />
