This framework was developed by Our Watch in partnership with Australia’s<br />

National Research Organisation for Women’s Safety (ANROWS) and the Victorian<br />

Health Promotion Foundation (VicHealth).<br />

The framework was written by Dr Lara Fergus and Dr<br />
