AUCTION CATALOGUE
1.1. Auction4Good organiseert in haar functie
van bemiddelaar tussen verkoper en
koper op donderdag 3 december 2015 de
veiling Auction4Good (“de Veiling”) op de
accommodatie van Ruitersportcentrum
Den Goubergh in Roosendaal. De Veiling zal
plaatsvinden onder toezicht van een notaris
van AKD N.V.
1.2. Deze veilingvoorwaarden zijn van
toepassing op alle tijdens de Veiling gesloten
koopovereenkomsten met betrekking tot via
Auction4Good aangeboden paarden, alsmede
alle overeenkomsten die daaruit voortvloeien.
1.1. Auction4Good organizes in its function
as an intermediary between sellers and
buyers the auction Auction4Good (“the
Auction”) on Thursday 3 December 2015
on the property of Ruitersportcentrum Den
Goubergh in Roosendaal, The Netherlands.
The auction will be held under the
supervision of a notary of AKD N.V.
1.2. These Auction terms and conditions
are applicable to all sales agreements
concluded during the Auction related to the
horses offered via Auction4Good, as well
as any agreements resulting from that.

1.3. Op de Veiling en alle daaruit voortvloeiende
overeenkomsten is Nederlands recht van
toepassing.
1.4. Deze voorwaarden worden vóór aanvang van
de Veiling bekend gemaakt door plaatsing
van deze voorwaarden in de veilingcatalogus
en op de website van Auction4Good. Alle
deelnemers aan de Veiling accepteren via
hun deelname de toepasselijkheid van de
veilingvoorwaarden op de Veiling en de tijdens
de Veiling gesloten koopovereenkomsten.
2. Verkoop/Veiling
2.1. Tijdens de Veiling zullen de door Auction4Good
geselecteerde veilingpaarden aan de hand
en/of onder het zadel voorgesteld worden.
Auction4Good is geen eigenaar van de
geselecteerde veilingpaarden en heeft
geen directe of indirecte belangen bij de
veilingpaarden. De rol van Auction4Good
is beperkt tot het bieden van een platform,
waarop potentiële kopers de mogelijkheid
krijgen om streng geselecteerde talentvolle
en gezonde 4-7 jarige dressuurpaarden
en dressuur pony’s te kopen direct van de
eigenaar van de betreffende paarden.
2.2. De paarden zullen tijdens de Veiling per opbod
in Euro’s worden verkocht, tenzij anders
aangegeven, met een minimale inzet van

announced prior to the start of the Auction
and are also included in the auction
catalogue and placed on the website of
Auction4Good. All participants of the
Auction will, by participating in the Auction,
agree upon these terms and conditions
being applicable during the Auction and
any agreement resulting from the Auction.
2. Sale/Auction
2.1. During the Auction, the horses selected by
Auction4Good will be presented in-hand
or under the saddle. Auction4Good is not
the owner of any of the selected horses
and has no direct or indirect interest in the
selected horses. Auction4Good will only
offer a platform for potential buyers to buy
selected 4 to 7 year old horses that are
talented and healthy. The horses are to be
bought from the owners directly.
2.2. The horses will be sold during the Auction
by bidding in the Euro currency, unless
otherwise stated, with a minimum starting
bid of € 5.000,00. Bids are to be made in
increments of € 500,00 at a time up to €
