3.2. Het door de koper te betalen bedrag wordt als
volgt berekend/vastgesteld:

met 10% commissietoeslag (inclusief BTW)

Het door de koper te betalen bedrag is per
direct opeisbaar. Betaling geschiedt per
bank, het is niet mogelijk het rekeningbedrag
in contanten te voldoen. Verrekening van
eventuele tegenvorderingen is uitgesloten.
3.3. Het is Auction4Good toegestaan om
informatie in te winnen omtrent de financiële
gegoedheid van een betreffende bieder/koper
en deelname aan de veiling door en het sluiten
van een overeenkomst met de betreffende
bieder/koper afhankelijk te stellen van het
stellen van zekerheid voor de te betalen
koopprijs (bankgarantie, letter of credit of een
andere vorm van zekerheid).
3.4. Bij afrekening op het veilingbureau bestaat
de mogelijkheid voor de koper om een
verzekering af te sluiten voor het gekochte
paard. Een dergelijke verzekering wordt niet
door Auction4Good afgesloten.
4. Veilingpaarden; aansprakelijkheid
4.1. De aangeboden paarden in de Veiling zijn
geïdentificeerd op afstamming, geslacht,
kleur en geboortejaar, zoals deze in de
catalogus zijn aangegeven.
4.2. De paarden die via de Veiling verkocht zullen
worden, zijn in een periode van maximaal
drie maanden voorafgaande aan de Veiling
röntgenologisch in orde bevonden. Een
gebruikelijke klinische (sportpaarden-)keuring

directly claimable.
3.2. The amount due shall be calculated as
follows:

The amount payable by the buyer shall
become payable immediately. Payment
is to be made by bank transfer and cash
payment of the amount shall not be
accepted. Settlement of any counterclaims
is excluded.
3.3. Auction4Good is entitled to gather
information on the financial situation of
a specific bidder/buyer and participant
to the Auction and may decide to make
the conclusion of an agreement with the
relevant bidder/buyer conditional, based
on the information obtained and to ask
for collateral such as a bank guarantee, a
letter of credit or any other collateral)
3.4. During settlement at the Auction office,
buyers have the option to conclude
insurance for the horse that they
purchased. This insurance is not concluded
by Auction4Good.
4. Auction horses; liability
4.1. The horses offered in the Auction are
identified by origin, sex, color and year of
birth, as stated in the catalogue.
4.2. The horses sold through the Auction have
found to be in good condition following a
radiographic test conducted at least three
