Director, Mature Adult Training Program. Started in 1995, the program examines
the role of strength and function in older adults. Over 350 older adults have worked
with over approximately 200 undergraduate/graduate students and 3-5 faculty in a
high resistance weight training program. Dependent measures of function are
monitored throughout the study.
