Lisa Ramos is an American model best known as an expert panelist on MTV’s popular series “Guy Code”. She also
co-produced her own comedic web series with Univision’s first bilingual network The Flama, called Secret Life Of
Babes. The series features Ramos as the primary host and actress as she hilariously narrates the episodes that are
aimed at Latin millennials.
In addition to being a TV personality and host, Ramos has a very successful YouTube presence that has amassed
over 20 million hits. These accomplishments have led her to a rapidly increasing and successful social media platform.
She understands the value of her online fan base as her
influence increases and her numbers continue to grow. Ramos currently lives in New York City and is represented by
Elite Model Management Miami and One Model Management New York. She continues to build her very loyal following
through hard work and dedication.
XM: Can you tell us how you landed the opportunity to be on the show “Guy Code”
on MTV?
LR: Well my best friend was on the first season and I went to visit her on set when I was visiting from Miami.
The producers loved our chemistry and wanted us on the show as a duo! It was meant to be!
XM: Do you have any exciting T.V. series coming in the near future?
LR: Yes, I do! I am really excited about my upcoming projects but unfortunately I am not at liberty to disclose any
information about them, except that they will definitely be funny!
XM: Besides modeling and T.V. what are your hobbies?
LR: Those are my jobs but lately I can’t stop reading. I’ve read four books in the past month. I’ve always been a bookworm,
but I haven’t stopped constantly reading this past year.
XM: What are some essentials of being a great model?
LR: In order to be a great model its important to be feel secure and confident in your own skin. There are a lot of
things in the industry that can damage your self-esteem if you are not careful. You have to love yourself and remember
there’s nothing a little photo retouching can’t help. Haha Haha!
XM: Who is your favorite model?
LR: My favorite model of all time is Adriana Lima. She is absolutely breathtaking and sweet. In my opinion, no one can
rival her beauty and presence.
XM: What are some of your health secrets that keep your body toned throughout the
year?
LR: Truthfully and this sounds cliché, I don’t work out very much. I do a little cardio and focus on abdominal workouts.
I always make sure to drink a lot of water and green tea. I swear by green tea. There are so many health benefits.
XM: What words of encouragement do you have for people seeking the opportunity
to make something of themselves?
LR: I want people to know that we are all worthy of a great life. Whatever your definition of success is, you can make it
happen and you deserve it. Your actions should correspond with where you want to go and what you want to do.
Nothing is out of reach.
