Formation. – Upper tuffaceous siltstone of the Morawan Formation.
Age. – Late Oligocene.

Holotype. - USNM 244035, right mandible of immature individual with DP4, C, and P3-
M3; parts of right femur and tibia; and two phalanges.
Type Locality. - North shore of Olympic Peninsula, 34 km west of Port Angeles, Clallam
County, Washington, USA.
Formation. - Lower part of the type section of the Pysht Formation.
Age. - Middle or (more likely) late (but not latest) Oligocene (Orellan or Whitneyan).
