“Qi” is energy. “Gong” is skill, or training. Qigong is the<br />

ancient Chinese practice of cultivating vital energy in<br />

the body. Qigong involves breath work, movement, posture,<br />

reduces stress, increases mobility, improves health, and<br />

Energy Bagua<br />

Energy Bagua is based on two main components: movements<br />

of the palms and walking in circles. It combines<br />

strength and softness, physically and mentally. Through<br />

frequent practice over a period of time, you will develop<br />

stamina, replenish vital energy and improve your overall<br />

health. It can help alleviate health symptoms related<br />

to insufficient vital energy and blood circulations, such<br />

as dizziness, lacking in strength, back pain, arthritis, insomnia<br />

and seasonal allergies. It’s easy to learn. People<br />

with little or no Energy Bagua experience are welcome<br />
