Tips for Staying Positive<br />
1. Begin each day with a grateful heart. Even when<br />
times are tough we all have something to be grateful<br />
for. Express your gratitude.<br />
2. Smile. Even when you don't feel like smiling it<br />
will make you feel better <strong>and</strong> you just might make<br />
someone's day a bit brighter!<br />
3. Surround yourself with positive people.<br />
4. Exercise has physical, mental <strong>and</strong> emotional<br />
benefits. Take a walk, a fifteen minute stroll can<br />
change your mood.<br />
Happiness rcannot be traveled to, owned, earned,<br />
worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual<br />
experience of living every minute with<br />
love, grace, <strong>and</strong> gratitude.<br />
