Single Point of Contact (SPOC)<br />

<strong>transtec360</strong> support agreements are completely<br />

modular in design and are customized according<br />

to your needs. Services such as the service desk,<br />

response times, preventive maintenance and many<br />

more are included in a single point of contact agreement.<br />

These agreements can cover certain areas<br />

(for example storage) or the entire IT environment.<br />

Monitoring<br />

Any professional IT environment would be inconceivable<br />

without the monitoring of hardware and<br />

software. Monitoring detects vulnerabilities before<br />

they cause disruption to operation. The monitoring<br />

system can also be flexibly configured to individual<br />

requirements. Customers are notified directly or via<br />

the transtec service desk.<br />
