There’s no such thing as a flawless and perfect person?
Well, have you heard of Sakamoto?
There is this guy who is... highly eccentric, and of course not everyone
likes him. However, he deals with the pranks in such a cool way
that make girls swoon over him and change the bullies’ attitude in an
instant. From catching an insect with chopsticks, dealing with being
almost late like a baseball player and reacting to a mother that is super
attracted to him. That is Sakamoto, and this manga, Sakamoto desu
ga?, introduces you to a side-breaking comedy that will make you want
to have him as a classmate... or even an acquaintance.
Sakamoto desu ga? has been nominated on the 7th Manga Taisho
Award. It also received an anime adaptation by the studio behind Fruits
Basket and Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!, Studio Deen, for
the Spring 2016 anime season.
Sakamoto desu ga? has been published by Seven Seas Entertainment
under the title “Haven’t You Heard? I’m Sakamoto”. The first volume
was released on August 4, 2015.
